Here's to: the letters we never sent.
the notes we never passed.
the crushes we were too afraid to say we liked.
the mistakes we were too scared to make.
the ships that never sailed.
the promises we couldn't keep.
the bad dreams we just couldn't wake.
the thunder storms on our weekend plans.
the life long friendships that eventually end.
the stories that don't end with "happily ever after"
the families that fall apart.
the people that change.
the flowers that die.
the seasons that end.
the family members that pass away.
the love that leaves.
the times in life that will leave you breathless, speechless, and you feel like you could die.

But eventually you get used too it all... You learn to numb it out.
Because honestly, that's just part of life.
