Here we are.

What is this? Why are we here? What will we be doing with this space?

We're a family of eight. One of us has flown the coop already and now lives in Seattle. She won't be joining us on the blog. The rest of us recently left our home in Virginia to start over in Tennessee. We homeschool. This is part of our goal to use our creative writing skills.

Every week, each of us will share a little bit with you. Each day, you'll get to hear from someone else. Everyone gets to share what they want, how they want. This won't be graded. It's just a vehicle we are using to sharpen our skills.

If you want to comment, we'd like that. We'd prefer it if your comments were constructive, and that they actually pertain to some aspect of the post. Also, please remember that this is a family blog, so any comments with questionable content may be deleted.
